Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please double-check your delivery details before completing your order, as we are unable to amend or cancel most orders once they are placed.

If you request your parcel to be left in a "Safe Place/Space," please note that Space Rest® cannot be held responsible if the parcel goes missing. That said, if something goes wrong, email us at help@spacerest.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.
