Refund Policy

We want you to love your Space Rest® purchase. If for any reason you don’t, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is:

• Unused
• In the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are not covered by Space Rest®.
• Refund for item only, excludes shipping costs if expedited shipping was used. 
• To start the refund process, contact us at help@spacerest.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
